In part three, we’ll be looking at Crowdfunding. If you’re a female entrepreneur, crowdfunding can be one of the best ways to raise the finance you need to grow your business. In 2016, one-third of all deals into female-founded companies came from crowdfunding. Research shows that women are more successful at crowdfunding than men, 17%of male-led campaigns reach their finance target, compared with 22% of female-led campaigns.

In this first series, we’ll be having an honest discussion about “our relationship with money and how to manage the money in our lives more effectively”. The event will kick off with an interview with Alex Holder, journalist and author of Open Up, an outspoken, warm and timely book that destigmatises the way we talk, think and feel about money.
