Naomi Mdudu is an international speaker and the founder and editor of TheLifestyleEdit.com and a coach for female founders.

Naomi has 10-years editorial experience with some of the world’s leading newspapers, such as Metro. During her time at Metro, in particular, she quadrupled the paper’s fashion pages, bringing in a record commercial placement in the section. She also wrote many of the newspaper’s Life & Style cover stories with leading figures from Victoria Beckham, Tamara Mellon and Jenna Lyons to Rita Ora and Charlotte Tilbury.

Her love of fusing editorial and branding saw her take a consulting role at leading brands in the fashion, beauty and interior design sectors before taking many of these brands in-house, through her consulting company, TLE Studio.

Emma is the founder and Executive Producer of Mother Bran, an independent photography production company based in London.
She has been bringing creative ideas to life for nearly 15 years, commissioning and producing commercial imagery for a host of clients, including Diageo, Chivas Regal and GSK. She has produced work across the globe, and shot most of the things people generally advise against, including animals, children and A-list celebrities!
Mother Bran work with a range of clients, but have a particular focus on startups and scale-ups, empowering post-investment businesses to own their visual story as they build their brand and scale.

Dior Bediako is the founder of Pepper Your Talk, a careers platform for young fashion creatives and The Junior Network, a members’ club for entry-level employees. As well as a University guest lecturer and panel moderator on subjects around fashion, careers and diversity. 

Previously Dior worked at Burberry and birthed the companies out of a personal frustration as a new graduate. Her personal and professional mission is to build an engaged community of support for young people embarking on a career within the fashion industry. 

Through Pepper Your Talk and The Junior Network, Dior has partnered with The British Fashion Council, Smashbox Studios, Depop and more. Previous panels have hosted senior leaders from Elle UK, Harper’s Bazaar, Refinery 29 UK, ASOS and many others.

Lu Li is the founder of Blooming Founders, a service provider supporting female entrepreneurs with a holistic approach to the business building experience.

The company operates UK’s first female-focused co-working space (www.bloomslondon.com), UK’s leading female-focused startup conference (www.startupandbloom.com) and manages its eponymous professional network, which is 2700+ members strong and represents UK’s largest network of female entrepreneurs.

Lu is the UK ambassador of Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, a mentor at the Google Launchpad accelerator and part of the TechStars community leadership team. She has also published the book, Dear Female Founder, now globally available on Amazon and Kindle.

In her previous corporate career, Lu has launched FMCG products for Procter & Gamble across Western Europe and has worked on several consulting projects for McKinsey, BMW and T-Mobile.
