The 1st day of the year and we are literally beaming with joy here at the FWL HQ. To help get you started for the year we have created a FWL Go Getters Goal Sheet, something every working lady needs to create a successful year.

2016 TOP ACHIEVEMENTS
Here you summarise the top things you achieved in 2016, have a long think about this. Even go through phone pictures to remind you of moments you may have missed! Don’t forget to reward yourself!
THINGS TO ACHIEVE IN 2017
This will be a summary of all the big things you want to achieve in 2017, try and breakdown your goals into long term and short term. Once you have figured them out then give yourself a completion date for each one .
Goals should be Specific , Measurable , Attainble , Realistic and Time bound , this is called the SMART rule.
THINGS TO IMPROVE
Here you’ll list the things you need to improve on, it could be managing time better , spending less when eating out etc .
FINANCE
One of the hardest things is saving money, it takes real discipline and planning. Here you’ll write down ways you are going to try and improve your finance and how much savings you want by the end of 2017.
INSPIRATION
We all have a source of inspiration and motivation. In order to keep the momentum going to the end of the year, we need to continue to seek out and feed ourselves with things that inspire and motivate us.
Here you’ll note the books, people and places that inspire you. Focus on those this year for more inspiration.
For example:
Books: Girl Boss was a very inspirational book for me, I plan on re reading section that inspire. Also list books that focus on areas that you want to improve on
Places: countries/cities that you wish to visit for inspiration, or places where you get inspiration e.g. my local boat club
People: I have a set of 3 friends who inspire me , I constantly check in with them every now and again to get a source of inspiration. I am also inspired by a hardworking tech girl who I hope to meet this year so I place her name here too.
