I’m not just going to give you phrases that make you sound more confident but you will feel it too. The thing is about being confident is that in order to make others believe that you are confident, you have to believe it yourself. Rehearsing it in the mirror is not going to help you on this one. You need to practice in the real world. Confidence doesn’t happen overnight. I mean if it does for some people then they are lucky. Start small and aim for the bigger things.

We’ve got this. There is always a solution to a problem, you just have to take a moment and realize what it is.
#2 I’m not giving up.
For someone that doesn’t give up is inspiring. This shows you are a reliable person and have confidence in yourself. The people around you won’t give up either, they will feel your strength and power to push forward. It’s like a domino effect, you put in the time so will they. You put in the effort, they will do the same.
#3 Yes
You don’t always want to say it but the majority of your answers should be yes. This makes you sound more confident because whatever is asked of you at home or at work you are demonstrating you can make it happen.
#4 I know
You are never unsure. If you have a client, coworker or child and you seem uncertain then they lose confidence in you. The place you work or you being a parent you are automatically seen as the expert. Become the expert, get to know and if you don’t act like you do and catch up!! It’s true we don’t know everything but we all have the ability to learn, even if it means visiting a library after all these years.
#5 I believe…
This presents confidence, leaving everyone eager to know what it is you believe. All the believers out there have made an imprint on people’s lives. Now it’s your turn. What do you believe? What follows will stick with people and they will believe too. They trust you. I believe we can try again. I believe this can be better. I believe this will be a great project. Once you’ve made that belief known, stand by it!
These phrases are great but if you want to watch someone that expresses such confidence. Suits character Donna is the best person that will inspire you for sure! It’s in the body language and the way you say things.
